Working Methodology

S.A.M.E under the guidance of Mr. Senthil Kumar the Managing Director of the company has moulded the working methodology (operations) in such a way that the company is geared up to face new challenges as it believes, growth and success can be attained only when the vision and the desired system is in place.

We follow a step-by-step professional approach:

• Collect raw egg shells with membrane.
• Pack them with pp inner bag and double plastic packing.
• Two times with normal water wash and single warm water wash at a specific temperature to avoid contamination.
• Drying the washed egg shells.
• Pack them again with pp inner bag and double plastic packing.
• At a specific temperature the egg shells are pulverized.
• The Powder is then processed for contamination and quality check to ensure the product is fine.
• The egg shell powder is packed again HDPE containers.
• The HDPE containers are again stored at a specific room temperature.
